2. Right-Click on the bottom most left Conner of your screen and click Command Prompt Admin
3.Copy the sentence in brackets below and paste it into the command prompt window.

(dism.exe /online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFX3 /Source:J:\sources\sxs /LimitAccess)

4. Press the enter key and wait for the progress
