Pic: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/194/15224592.png/ A) Click the start button an click run then type "regedit" 5.Now goto HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE ---->SOFTWARE ---->KASPERSKYLAB ---->PROTECTED ---->AVP9 ---->ENVIRONMENT .
